ADP Checks and Envelopes

How do I find the right checks for my ADP product?

Start at the ADP Checks menu and choose your payroll product (for example, RUN or Workforce Now). Each product page lists the checks and envelopes designed to work with that system. Not sure which one you use? Check with your ADP representative or call us.

Are your checks compatible with my ADP payroll system?

Yes. Each check style is made for a specific ADP product, so choose the category that matches your system, and you'll be all set.

Are the ADP business checks secure?

ADP checks are designed for secure, professional payroll processing. All ADP Checks utilize advanced multi-layered security features embedded within a 24 lb. Chemically-Reactive Tamper-Resistant paper that visibly reacts to chemical alterations. The front of the check features a protective Warning Band, an intricate border containing hidden text, a "Void" Pantograph that triggers a visible "VOID" pattern when photocopied, and microscopic text reading "ORIGINAL DOCUMENT" along the bottom edge. On the reverse side, security is reinforced with a "PROTECTED DOCUMENT" artificial watermark, a microprinted line repeating the word "FORMCENTER", and a heat-sensitive Thermochromic red padlock icon that fades when exposed to body heat (such as rubbing or warm breath) and reappears when cooled. Which check envelopes do you offer?

We offer double-window ADP check envelopes in two styles: gum seal and self seal. Choose the one that fits how you prefer to close and mail your checks.

The Easy2efile® Business Solution is an all-inclusive, cloud-based platform designed to simplify the preparation, delivery, and submission of W-2, 1099, and 1095 (ACA) tax forms. This IRS-authorized e-file service eliminates the need for physical software and tax form summary paperwork like Form 1096 by allowing users to securely enter or import data from accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel. Once submitted, the system automatically checks for errors, e-files the forms directly with the IRS or Social Security Administration (SSA), and handles the printing and mailing of copies to recipients.
